Greetings R2R members,
This is my third time starting up a marine system.
1st system(s) started in the mid 90's, consisted of multiple grow out tanks with total water volume of 150-200g. Used to frag an swap with the LFS. Shut that system down in 2001, electricity bill went down $150 a month.
2nd time... 2007 started up a 20g nano. ran for about a year. A move in 2008 shut that system down.
3rd time... 2017... broke a whole bunch of crap out of storage. re-cured all my rock. turned, what was supposed to be my quarantine system into a 29g nano back in November 2017 and in the past two weeks, plumbed a 120g. Transferred my 29 to the 120 and setting the 29's back into a planned quarantine system.
Amazing where the hobby has gone in the past 18 years.
Still playing around with my aquascaping and planning on ordering about 50 more pounds.
