Just to fill in some time (I will get an FTS once the water change is done) here’s an old photo of my (now) oldest dog.

I know I have filters but I have to admit, the colours of the fish without filters are just as pretty!
Anyway, happy Wednesday! We’re halfway through the week now. And since I’ve had a couple questions on them, enjoy my RSWC fish! Unfortunately I am missing one as he has decided to do a vanish however hopefully he’ll come out (I don’t remember when I last saw the H. chloropterus though).

Ctenochaetus binotatus - Twinspot Bristletooth Tang

Escenius lineatus - Linear Blenny

I know, those last two are more often than not labelled as Reef Safe. But honestly, these should both be labelled as RSWC. The entirety of the Blenniformes should be labelled as RSWC IMHO purely because of their diet often being coral polyps in the wild. However, the second may not eat coral but many in the Acanthuridae family are known for playing and ‘eating’ the coral (More so eating the micro algae in the coral skeleton).

That Regal Angel is fire! Never thought an Indian could look that good. Does he still spit for attention? You know the cave he sleeps in?
He does sometimes spit for attention, it’s not as often now - He did it last night whilst I was dealing with homework and decided to get water all over my art haha.
He surprisingly sleeps in the cave that my Golden Dwarf Boxer hangs out in. He also still loves munching on my sponges but never gets rid of the full thing as if he lets it grow back and then munches it again.

Indian Regals are stunning to me now! I’ve always liked all three variants (Indian’s a bit more than Red Sea’s) but dang, now I have my own I am very impressed with their colours.
lights are whiter so here’s some more of her :)

I have no idea what’s going on with my acro colony, I took off the tips that had clearly bleached and algae took hold of but it seems the tips just bleach out whilst the main colony stays nice and not dying.
I cant get a perfect colour match but you can see where the tips have bleached compared to the actual colour of the coral.

And for some reason this one refuses to have tips that aren’t bleached and algae grown.
Acro (acropora)
(noun)

Definition:
To achieve or accomplish the complete opposite objective it has been assigned or supposed to accomplish (both positively or negatively).

This is what should come up in a Dictionary lol.

That is a beauty
I know right, I can’t believe in only a few months she fully transitioned!

I will say, even though I haven’t brought the Angel, I did get a new thing for the tank :)
