There are now a few European 4 parts that include various combinations of additional trace elements/vitamins/amino acids/nitrogen and phosphorus

Modern Reef has their Proportional Consumption Reefkeeping System
Oceamo has DUO, Regulator and Add-on
ATI has Essentials + and Nutrition NCP

Has anyone tried any of these ? Is it just the latest shiny thing ?

I'm thinking about setting up an SPS tank again and these caught my eye as they weren't around when I had my last tank.

I do not recall seeing anyone post comments on products like that, at least not about those parts of the products.

If you had a successful tank in the past my suggestion would be to set it up similarly.
Once corals are growing my suggestion would be to start with trace elements, next amino and last vitamins.

I seen good results with trace elements TM A and K. Aminos had some positive and negative (undesirable things use it), vitamins no idea.

I guess vitamins are the new thing. I don’t know anything about it but perhaps corals can use vitamin C for cold and vitamin D for as sun supplement. No clue about corals and vitamins maybe someone can comment.

Good luck,

Thanks, my last tank was zeovit but I'm steering clear this time around, it was too close to the edge to feel comfortable. I'll probably just make a Berlin system and add on when something is missing.

I’ve never seen evidence that corals get vitamins from the water.
Thanks, that's definitely a useful data point.
