Nice progress from beginning to current. Are you running a sump with return pump? Curious as to what you're getting for flow.

Thanks. Yep, the sump is a 15g. I'm guessing around 250-300gph from the return. I have 4 powerheads running also. 2 200gph in the back corners blowing across the back of the tank, and 1 K2 & 1 K1 blowing diagonal across the front to the glass. I'm guessing around 1600-1700 total gph. I just ordered a tunze 6000 w 7091 controller, so I should be able to lose all the powerheads, hopefully.

Is that a conch or a cone snail?

That's an Olive snail.

I have been battling algae for the past couple of months. Hair, bryopsis, bubble and some other mystery strains. I think they came from frags, but who knows for sure. After raising my mag to 1500 w/ Kent tech M, cutting my photoperiod and stopped feeding all together(I only fed a couple times a month anyway, I know sounds bad, but the tank is almost self sufficient, fish are fat and healthy). Now, after some major re-aquascaping I am battling cyano. I change my water 2-4 times a month and continue the above regimen. I suck it out at water changes, but can't seem to get a good hold on it. I have changed all my ro filters, and parameters are solid... On a good note here's some cool sticks I just got and my duncan
