Since the hubby @Aparker2005 stole the glory for my 75 gallon, I have started up a second tank (that'll teach him :p). This tank is a 40 Gallon Breeder. I have completed the rock scape and I have to keep reminding myself that I have to envision what it will look like with corals and not just judge it by it's current look. The plan is to have a canyon with a lot of LPS & SPS on the main rockwork and then a zoa garden across the front of the scape.

Current equipment and scape supplies:
40g Breeder Aqueon, Imagitarium Steel stand (with custom wood work done by a friend), Jaebo SOW-4 WaveMaker, Seachem Tidal 75 HOB filter, Hydor 400w heater (I will be changing this to a Fluval M200 heater with Inkbird Controller because I prefer the way it attaches to my filter vs having the heater horizontal and mucking up my view and I've also had great experiences with them), Current USA R24 Orbit Marine LED x2, aproximately 35lbs of STAX rocks and a few pieces of busted up CaribSea LifeRock Shelf Rock leftover from the 75 gallon tank for the zoa garden, 40 lbs of CaribSea Arag-Alive in Fiji Pink. I'm also using a Seachem Ammonia Alert.

Current Stock: 1 Pair of Clownfish (1 Gladiator ocellaris & 1 True percula), 1 White Lined Combtooth Blenny, 1 Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp, 10 Dwarf Blue Leg Hermit Crabs, 2 Astrea Turbo Snails

Corals: Approximately 11 colonies of various zoas, some I know the names of and some were only listed as "assorted". The ones I know for sure are Hawt Pink, Radioactive Dragon Eyes, Fruit Loops, & Gorilla Nipples.

I'm at a bit of a standstill now as I try to decide what livestock and corals to add from here. I would love to hear some suggestions! Please forgive the pictures, I don't have the proper photography equipment and this tank is in it's ugly phase.

Good start. The lights to me are too close to the sides, resulting in that dark area in the middle of the tank.

This may be intentional, but I would recommend moving each light 2-3 inches in.

Smartphones laid flat against the glass can take some pretty good pictures.
