PE Calanus is something I've had fairly good success with for mandarins. Not sure if you've tried this yet, but it's one thing that has worked for me.

Finally got the access door on the front done! I went to install it months ago, and dropped the door and broke it. Then when I got a new one back, I realized I had the wrong brackets… But now it’s finished and looks much better. Progress has been slow, but I’m getting my calcium reactor going now, so I can really start adding some coral soon!
