40g breeder w/ 20L sump

Have for sale a 40g breeder reef tank with 20L sump. Comes with 45lb of live rock, 5 fish, and a few corals. Also has a fishneedit.com metal halide light. Im asking just $250 which is way less than I have invested in it. Just need the room for a new living room suite.
