New to the reef lifestyle and currently going through the cycling phase. Eventually I will add coral but first want to be sure my light settings are correct. Hoping someone could share their light settings with a similar setup. Mahalo

Welcome to Reef2Reef! Which AI lights are you using and how many?
There's always the ever popular AB+ schedule, next up would be the David Saxby schedule. Both look great and grow coral. On a 40 breeder i've personally used two hydra 26's with the AB+ schedule with success :)

I run my 2 prime hds over a 40 breeder.
At peak levels
UV: 90
Violet: 90
Both Blues: 100-110
Red and Green: 0
White: 10

1:30 ramp time.

Check out BRSTV channel on Youtube. They do a " 5 minutes" series about setting up a reef tank,in which they set up a 40B and a Redsea E170. They use 2 AI 16HD on the 40B, and, I think, they tell you what settings those light are on (for softies and LPS).
