Hi all. I have two 55 gallon food grade barrels that I'm going to use to set up my salt water mixing station. The barrels had soybean oil in them. Anyone have any idea of what would be the best thing to use to clean out the soybean oil from the barrels? Dawn? Citric acid?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Dawn followed up with critic acid would be my plan

I used Bleach and water followed by cold water overflow until smell of bleach was no more.
