55 gallon diary (filled on 2/16/10)

I plan on having mainly SPS LPS in this tank

Tank:
*55 Gallon AGA factory RR
*DIY Stand
*20g long sump
*Mag 5 return pump
*2X Modded MJ1200 pumps

Lighting:
*4X 54W T5 on 2 Workhorse balasts

Filtration:
*50+lb of Dry rock soon to be cycled with some seed rock and sand
*Bare bottom for now
*Euro-Reef RS80 skimmer with pinwheel

Chemicals/Dosing:
*DIY Calcium reactor (was build for my old setup, can handle up to 500+g)
or
*2 part supplements
*Reef Crystals Salt mix
*Carbon
*Phosban

Future plans:
*Remote DSB and fuge in a 5g bucket

Dear diary,

My house smells like a trash can after I put a cocktail shrimp in the sump yesterday afternoon.
I hope my wife won't kick me out of the house :)

Parameters a tad strange since the rock has been wet for only 5 days

the tank is fully cycled bacteria wise and lights went on 2 days ago. Waiting for an algae bloom, I am not expecting a huge one since nutrients are under control from day 1.
