Hello all. I am planning to move my 600 litre reef tank across the living room, and also turn it fully around on its stand. How would you do this? I am planning to remove rocks and corals into buckets filled with old tank water which I will use to fill up the tank again. One problem is catching the fish, especially the two large tangs. Another question is, do you think I should remove some/all of the sand or not? We could probably slide the stand and tank across the room as the floor is hardwood, but how would you lift the tank from the stand in order to turn it? Thank you all for any tips and ideas

If you keep the tank on the sand you can probably leave the sand in it. If you're going to pick up the tank I would not leave all that weight in the bottom.

After you remove corals and rocks the fish are a LOT easier to catch.
