Ok so fast forward again to January 12 of this year. I added a little more rock changed some power heads around and I believe the canister filter has been long gone by now and I’m just running the 10g sump.

Then we fast forward some more to July of this year. This time I changed the lights to ocean revives and added more rock again. Added more coral and also more fish. Was fights a low nutrient issue for a long time so I was trying to bring them up.

Also wouldn’t to share a pictures of the same clowns I’ve had from the beginning!

So having the Ocean revive lights on the tank for a total of about 3 months I didn’t really like them. They grew coral but not really what I was looking for. So in August I bought Radion G4 pros. This is where it starts to get exciting!! And stressful at the same time ha and you’ll see why. But here is a top down picture with the Radions and how I hung them from the ceiling!

Well actually I can’t upload the top down shot because it says it’s to large of a photo. Which sucks!!

So after I get my lights in and hung my wife tells me our daughter needs her own room now and it has to be my office ! So now I had to plan on moving the tank from the far back bedroom to the dining room which was really the only location I have and it would look really nice in there. Oh and it had to be done that weekend. Unfortunately I did take any pictures of the move but I did after I set it up.

So now I have the urge to redo the sump because these stands don’t like to have anything underneath them so I have to custom build a sump to retro fit underneath the stand!! I should have done this when I drilled and plumbed it but I’m still not sure why I did!

Want to share this as well! With the tank moved and settled in the corals seemed to respond nicely. I guess is was just like a big water change for them!!

I haven’t had a skimmer on this tank since I moved from the office to the dining room. But I have a decent size refugium with chaeto that I trim back every week. I would give the chaeto away but it has bristle worms and I know some people doesn’t like those guys!! So here is the tank as it sits right now!

Haven’t updated in almost a month so here are some pics. I have changed some rock around to accommodate more SPS! Also I did run into a little nutrient problem but I’m back on track for the most part.
