Some pic’s below before plumbing, equipment and custom cabinet. The fish is marbled cat-shark(atelomycterus Macleayi) which eventually be in the tank....enjoy!

That height is scary. Glass thickness ? Needs to have double glass thickness around bottom. Who built this tank? Not to be a downer, but this is a long term build, it has to be over over over built. Beautiful though, just don't cut corners here. Sorry if I'm paranoid, Just want it to last forever for you. that's a lot of water on the floor.

He’s been building tanks for decades and NEVER has had a leak. The glass is 1 inch thick Vs typical 3/4 Inch. Its been curing for 4 weeks And it will cure another 2 weeks before anything liquified touches it. We are being over cautious. We did make it a bit taller so you could experience it as you came down the spiral staircase...thus went with the thicker glass. dont worry nothing will get me down about this beauty!
