Looking good friend. Which Kessil is that on your fuge, the A80 or H80? I have the A80 and was thinking of using it for that application

H80. I had an 8w amazon light. When I changed to the kessil the algae filled the fuge in 2 weeks!
Yeah, I can imagine. I would guess the horticulture light would be more effective than the reef light, but maybe the latter is at least worth a try since I already have it

Been rough with genicanthus Angel's. I had the Lamark jump out after 2 weeks. I also bought a beautiful swallowtail angelfish that went blind in quarantine. On a positive note the system is running better than I could have hoped for! Been adding some great nice corals and the colors are amazing. I'll post some numbers and pictures when I get more time.

Picked up these two huge chunks of millipora from a local store today! The other Acropora in the system doing well are valida, yongei, and granulosa I think. Numbers have been stable for so long I have to make myself test. I'm really hopeful!

I'm following along. Love the stand and the light bar! Super cool. Seems like we have some similarities in our builds. I too have some old kessils laying around but I'll likely be sticking with mine.
