75gpd or 100gpd?

I have a large tank and make around 70 gallons a week of water for water changes and ATO.


I currently have a 150gpd membrane but I get about 7-10tds after membrane.

Should I go for a 100gpd or 75gpd? To be the most efficient in saving water and saving my Di resin.

I don’t care if it will take me longer to make water, I just want to be efficient in my water production.


What do you recommend? :)

What's your rodi unit rated for? This is the membrane size needed

if you don't already have one, get a booster pump. that will increase efficiency more than anything else.

The Spectrapure 99% rejection 90GPD membrane is the best I've found for rejection tds rates.

Yes. I went with the 100gpd and I matched the flow restrictor (800). :)

what kind of product to waste ratio are you getting with that setup?

If you don’t already have one, you can get a second membrane and feed the waste line into the input on it.
