Hey everyone, I’ve had this deresa clam for quite a long time and grew it out from 3” to a bit larger than a fully inflated American football. If you were in my position would you keep it out of sentimental reasons or look to sell/trade to open up more negative space in the rockscape with another 3” baby clam? I’ve always wanted a crocea and this guy is getting pretty big. If anyone wants to shoot me an offer I’m open to it

Turn it 90 degrees and shove it in that valley.
I’ve always been possibly over cautious with how close its mantle is to rocks and other things, in nature they’re crammed in the craziest of places though. Do you think I’d be good to do that even if it might restrict its opening by the smallest amount? I’ll move the gorgonian so it gets light

this.

if you'd like another clam, get a small rock boring clam like crocea/noae and put it at the top of the rock structure to the left of the GSP(that's in the middle)

Let it keep growing, you have plenty of room for now. It will move on it's own if it isn't happy, so just let it be. A small crocea near the top of the rocks would be nice, just make sure that area gets plenty of light.
