90 gal bow front breakdown...suggestions please...

We are going to breakdown our 90g bow front and start all over. The tank (or more like our coral) has been neglected for way too long. We have a refugium, use a filter sock and protein skimmer. We are putting in new sand for the wrasses and using our same rock. I was just wanting to know what your routine is for adding supplements to your tanks. What have y'all found to be successful for you, your time, and your corals?

move to 5 gal buckets or a big like 40 gal garbage can from home depot....use a bubbler and you should be good several hours to get it done. take another garbage can and put your rock in and use your same water
