90 gal update finally!

If thats the stuff in the black bottle your talking about yea i have been its actually almost gone

Haha did u follow directions? Seems like a lot. That will also jump start your ecobak. U may not see much of a cycle.

i just spray it like you did on mondays in my tank lol never read the directions and i need a ball valve to run the ecobak he Mj 1200 is to powerful for the little amount i got in there

They have the ball valve at the critter back in the left corner near the filter socks and bulkheads.

Typed from my phone, because I have nothing better to do.

Ok i might have to run by there today. Do you know if Lowes or home depot has them?

I think i would rather just buy the half inch one made by 2 little fishies at the critter. Its smaller and looks cleaner, and they are very easy to adjust.

cool i dont think ive seen the ones at critter. thats just what i used since lowes is 5mins away and looks fine to me lol. to each is his own

unless your talking about the ball valves that go on the hard plastic water line like on brs carbon reactors? but those are 1/2"OD the MJ pumps use 1/2"ID tube

Ok i didnt get a chance to go to either today but soon i will go get one

Here is an update on my parameters:
pH 7.8 (still)
Ammonia .25
Nitrite .5
Nitrate 2
Salinity 1.027

You need to pull out a gallon or so and just add freshwater to get the salinity down.

What you really need to do is get those fish out of there until the cycle is over. You realize they are suffering in there between the ammonia and the nitrites, right?
