It’s Atleast 6” if not 7-8”. I don’t recommend going for it in only a 4’ tank, that guy wants Atleast a 6’ tank but nobody will take him unfortunately.

Black Tangs won’t happen anyway unfortunately as they’re mainly collected from Hawaiian waters and Hawaii isn’t reopening in the next few months by the looks of it.
The Shimmering and Velvet Dwarf Parrots are rather aggressive as they mature and I wouldn’t risk them.
The Golden Dwarf will likely be unhappy as it’s a new fish in a rather high activity tank and IME they want to be in low activity tanks to start and then as they establish they’ll likely end up in higher activity tanks.
