Tank is doing great, iv been busy with overtime during the holidays and therapy from an accident so iv neglected my updates lately

With the new controller and addition of co2 scrubber on top of the nightly dosing of kalk iv been able to dial in PH. Currently seeeing 8.08 low during night and high of 8.3 during the day.

Only negative atm is we are looking to move in the next few months... finally able to purchase a home so i will be having to tear down and move soon

Here are a couple recent additions i haven't found a spot for yet. And i ended up making an Instagram for my tank, iv updated it a little more in recent weeks

System had reached a place of stability in the recent months so I'm on track so far. Here are my recent parameters.

Iv been managing Nitrate/phosphate with biodigest to allow the acros to absorb nutrients. I do a bi weekly dose which seems to keep me in what i feel is a good nutrient zone.

And thanks man im not looking forward to the move but it will be nice being home owners! And actually im planning a new system once moved, I would like to do a 250+ gallon main. Only thing that stopped me from a big tank in this house was because we rent. So this tank more than likely will be turned into a Euphyllia dedicated tank. The new system Im thinking a BB acro tank and really push flow through the whole tank. Will also look at hopefully finding a house I can plumb through the wall into a sump/frag system room. Ill make a new build thread when that time comes

The Hydros is great, I really like the simplicity of the controller along with all the options provided to add on. Iv ran into a couple instances of connection issues, but outside of those couple times its been a solid controller so far.

At the moment I'm looking to move all corals into a friend's system for a couple weeks so i can get the tank moved and any potential cycle done and over.

But im definitely ready to get a house found and moved i hate moving a tank.

Picked up this ice cap kalk reactor locally and got the hydros continous doser in. Great project to work on this weekend with the winter storm coming into Oklahoma!

Hydros sole and kalk reactor is installed!

Using a wifi smart plug to control the kalk stirrer. I won't miss making up 5 gallons of kalk every 4 days

Getting prepared for my upcoming move i found this 2'x4'x10" frag system for sale locally. Ended up getting everything for $300!

Tank, sump, Jebao return pump, acrylic covers and ocean revive led fixtures.

The plan is to get it set up this weekend, saltwater added tomorrow and transfer all extra live rock in my main systems sump into this tank. By the time I'm ready for the move i will utilize this system to hold all acros, fish and inverts

Sooo on top of the order from POTO I have tacked on the reef breeders meridian for my 90g main. I am going to remove both edge 45s from the current t5 fixture and add them to the meridian

The 8 bulb t5 is going to go on the new frag system when I transfer all corals over. The meridian will be used on 90g main seeing I will be transitioning it over to all LPS system after the new larger tank is built.

Oh and whoever owned this tank deserves a sponsorship from 3m for the amount of silicone they attempted to use to stop leaks

The drain didn't even have a bulkhead, it was silicone in, how they pulled that one off i have no ideal
