Looks fantastic! I have been unable to get a good picture of our basement floor.
Tidal Gardens did the same thing but more than 1 color.

I wish we could afford to do that. It beautiful

Any plan to include tanks just for viewing? A showcase type of tank?

yes. We will have a few. Haven’t made the final decision on placement or size yet.

Here is a product that I recommended and have used. It is easy to work with and gives an unbelievable final finish. Additionally, it provides much more protection than staining and sealing. Additionally, it's quite a bit more expensive than staining and sealing.

I looked into it and it’s way above my price range.
But I do like it

I just started watching this thread and haven't fully caught up, but I think we're a bit past $1000 now right? :D

Yeah, well, one build led to another...

LOL!

Is is affordable. The sprayer was 25, the stain was around 100, and the protectant was around 50. I only posted that video because it looks like it. I think the cement grinder was the most expensive part. We had to rent one because removing a section of tile ruined the concrete.

I had checked on the sanding setup, pads and finishing materials locally and it was $$$. One issue with where I live.

I will double check in Huntsville and see if I can get a better price.

Unfortunately, we are at a stand still.

Yesterday, right before we left, we found 3 spots where the roof is leaking. Fortunately, none of them are dripping on something we built. However, we can't keep working and risk having something ruined after we finish it.

I have contacted the land lord and am waiting to hear back from him for a plan. It looks like we are on at least a week delay. :(

Flex seal is amazing stuff.

He is a fantastic LL so far.

I just hope it's not new years before they get to fixing it. Two weeks delay would really hurt.

I know at one point you said that you wanted everything in the store to be for sale. Sounds like you are rethinking that?

Ugh :(

Why is it things like this always come up over the holidays when it is the hardest to get things fixed?

Of course. I love the banter. Keeps me on my toes!

Yes, everything will still be for sale as far as livestock. The smaller displays, such as seahorses, the whole setup will be for sale, tank and all.

Murphy hates me that's why! LOL!

I could use a weekend off to be honest but I really don't want one. Ryan and Sherry were about to force me to take one I think anyway. R E S T is a four letter word in my book.
