What does this have to do with reefing? Honestly, I don't know, but it does have something to do with you as a member of Reef2Reef! So let's take some time and learn about each other! What is a fun fact you can share about yourself ( I know it's like going back to grade school and having to share who you are with the rest of the class)? The fun fact can be anything! It can be as simple as you do X as your hobby, maybe it is some crazy place you have been to before, or maybe it is some exotic animal you keep. Anything goes here! You can list just one fun fact, or a couple you think people might find interesting.

I'll start first. I've been out of North America twice now to go on mission trips to Bolivia and Argentina. (The first two photos are of the southern tip of Argentina; the last two photos are of Cochabamba, Bolivia, where we were staying.)

As a teenager, I once built my own raft and floated it through the Gila Wilderness Area in New Mexico. Well, technically I did it twice. Our boy scout troop thought that Scout Camp was lame, so instead of going to some tame campground we built rafts (plywood, 2x4s, and old semi-truck inner tubes for flotation) and rafted down the Gila River for a week.

The first year, the Gila River was more like the Gila Trickle, and there was more dragging than floating. I'm not sure what masochistic tendencies made me decide to do it again the next year, but thankfully there had actually been rain that year and we actually did get to float it.

I’ve have driven my jeep wrangler across country, left it in elk city Oklahoma for about 2 years when it lost oil pressure, and I ended up taking a greyhound bus from El Paso to pick it up after I had a new engine swapped in

I can take apart an engine and put it back together...with minimal extra parts. Have rebuilt transmissions too
