bought 3 anthias today and there were sold ad pulcherrimus for 30 bucks each.

Can someone confirm the species?

I wouldn’t say they’re Pseudanthias pulcherrmis, maybe Pseudanthias bimaculatus but that also seems off to me.

Seeing them settled in, I do see how they can look similar to the Pulcherrmis however to my knowledge Pulcherrmis don’t have the facial stripe (Which is what is throwing me off actually).
I can’t think of any species with the same colouring but also that facial stripe.

Well, they were import from Bali and shipped as Pulcherrimus.

I will try to take pics once they are settled in to the tank.
