Most aquarium ammonia test kits measure the total concentration of NH3 (ammoniac) and NH4 (ammonium). It is only the NH3 concentration that is toxic and the presence of each N species is depended on pH, temperature and salinity. The tool in the excel file is adapted for 25 degree C (77 F). At 27 degree C (81 F) the amount of free NH3 is around 14 % higher at the same pH and salinity. Higher salinity – lower free toxic NH3. But the tool is useful in order to give a clear picture of the situation. It is done by me based on the figures here. If you do not see anything in the link - refresh the page
EDIT - you maybe need to use comma (,) -as an decimal seperator insted of point (.) It depends of the configuration in your own excel. I have problems to deactivate write protection in my phones excel - but it works from my PC. Please report in the thread if there is problems to use the file
