A rack to hold my powers trips n etc

Any one make a rack in their cabinet that holds power strips. And maybe a few shelfs. Hubby is a welder... he's lost at what I'm asking for. Here is what I sent him... any ideas.... back of it will be metal. With metal legs. He said I need to rethink my idea...

This is how I keep mine which is separate but not in a cabinet as the picture will show.
