So a little while back I decided to get back into the saltwater hobby.

I sat a couple weeks just thinking about what was going to be needed. this week I finally pulled the trigger and started converting my bait room/ office into an office/ fish room. I just started tearing down and sheet rocking everything.

My plan is to make a desk and stand into one. whe I can work on my business and have the tank there next to me. Maybe a nice recliner, but all I have right now is an empty 75g tank, an eshopps 200 sump, and what looks like a grenade agent off in my room. My plan in my head though is well worth it

I'm interested to see where this goes, but just a warning that saltwater is much more conductive than regular water, and if that gets on your pc than that might be an rip for you computer. I dont even keep my pc anywhere near a tank just to be safe. You never know if you're doing a water change that you might splash a little water or your siphon slips out and splashes your desk; just wanted to give you a little warning. But it should be awesome!!! Who doesnt want a fish tank basically on their desk

Lol, i'm limited on space to move things out. So my project has been a constant shuffle. and it doesn't help I have the attention span of a fruit fly.

I've been sick so progress is slow, that and with a special needs child and being a stay at home dad I've had my hands full.

I've almost completed the desk. It's been a pain as all boards are counter sunk with plugs. Most of the drywall is taped and most has been sanded at least once.

I'm hoping tomorrow I can finish my RO/DI system in the adjoining room. I think I may also be able to finish 75% of mudding.

So its been a little bit... Okay more like a while since I updated my progress only because there wasn't much progress made. However I have had a couple updates.

For the most part my main 75g sps tank I am working on just needs the bigger items. (Lights and an Apex).

In the mean time though I got the opertunity to pick up a much neglected Biocube 32. I ended up paying $100 for the setup. It had everything needed to run the tank, plus 2 clowns, and a cleaner shrimp. The tank was just about a complete start over. I was lucky enough to get a local store (New Wave Aquaria) to take the live stock while I worked on the tank. The live rock was over ran with majano (And there are still a couple stays I need to eradicate). There where tons or asterina starfish over running the tank. Versus picking up a Harlequin shrimp and having to relocate or picking up more shrimp once the asterina where gone. I chose to just keep picking them off the glass.

I can say it has been fun and a little odd working in reverse on the tank. Most of the time you are working from scratch and trying to cycle. This tank I have had to take a tank from the verge of a crash and bring it back to inhabitable.

Below I added a couple of pics from when I picked it up. through the process of cleaning it. The corals that are in there came with it. To my surprise they are bouncing back. I also included a picture of my bug SPS tank as it sits right now. Lastly a panoramic picture of my fish room where I keep my excess musky lures, and my breeding tanks for cardinia, neocardinia shrimp, as well as molly's and guppies.

Cheers to all breeders and everyone along the way that has helped with my questions.

Happy reefing

Time to upgrade already. So I'm pushing out the biocube 32 for this 80g (yes custom and measured inside dimensions, so full 80)

For the time being I will only have gyre on it, but expecting 2 MP40s soon as well we'll as a pair of Radion XR15s. Soon after I will be ordering a Nyos 160, Vectra M2, and the last of my apex modules.
