Ab Diving!

This last weekend I spent some time Ab diving in Mendincino county. The tide was great. I ended up in this cove that was full of fish, kelp, anemones, star fish, urchins and of course Abs. It was very beautiful. And yes, the ab tasted great.

It's awesome, fun and challenging to ab dive. I would like to say however that you should never go alone, respect the ocean and remember that people have lost their life doing it.

We stay and camp at the Albion river campgrounds and our family dive site is not far from there. As a rule, we don't share the location of our spot, sorry.

I live in the SF bay area. Fort Bragg is a beautiful area with red woods and the ocean. It is amazing the diversity in California.
