ABC REAGENTS doesn’t sell their pre mixed products on their site. You have to go thru coralvue. Smh they sold out to them. They used to be $60 for a 6 month reagent for trident. Coralvue got their hands on it and it’s $90. For that dam price I might as well get the original ones from Neptune.

It’s the exact same price at coralvue. $68.99. It used to be $59 plus $10 shipping for the 6 month kit. The problem will be finding it. Because I don’t have an LFS for 200 miles. And I can’t find it for sale online yet.

That said it is a bummer. Coralvue has been their distributor for awhile. Coralvue are just a bunch of vultures. I hate their business practice.

Just buy the mix your own. I started doing that before he made this switch and it works out well.

The reason this probably happened is ABC makes the reagents for the Maven. So this makes sense for them to control all distribution.

Only Amazon has it in stock. It’s $87.They probably don’t have the dam thing in stock on purpose to make a ton of reagents for the maven 😂

What's the purpose of the post? Crying about it wont solve anything.

Either buy it or buy the original, or change to another system.

It’s 87$ because a third party vendor is price gouging because they feel like they can profit from the shortages. Your quarrel is with a company named “marineandreef”

It’s in stock on Coralvue. $68.99 with free shipping. The link on ABC page just doesn’t link directly to the store page.

I hate their site. I searched it and kept going back to the product listing page. Not the page to buy it. I figured it was there. I just couldn’t locate it.

Either way I still strongly dislike Coralvue and their tactics. I did email Jonas at ABC and apparently he sent out an email telling people about this change. He said it was this or he closed the company. I never got such email.

I just use the OEM reagents and test at half the frequency. A 6 month supply lasts a year.
