ABI Par 38 23 watt

So dealing with AEFW. Been dipping but some Corals just to big. Have a 40 gallon breeder that I wanna set up and remove all Acro. Starve the little guys out! With out spending hundreds on lighting could I use two of the ABI Tune Blue Par 38 23 Watt just for my QT tank for a few weeks. Anyone every use these on some sps?

They would not thrive but should stay alive for a few weeks in a pinch. A pair of cheap t5s added in would help a lot.

You are going to be stressing the heck out of them with dips and stuff. Don't stress them out more with inferior lighting.

You can treat them in the tank, but it takes 4-6 months... it works.
