I wanted to plug Current USA.

I purchased a pair of eFlux power headsApril 14th, 2020 and within a week, both pumps had failed.

I contacted support and within a week, both pumps were replaced.

The last week of April, 2021, both pump[s failed again. Frustrating as the pumps were about 10 days out of warranty.

Again I reached out to Current USA. And again, within a week, both pumps were replaced, 10 days out of warranty.

This has always been my experience with Current USA and their products. I find their customer service second-to-none.

Cool to plug them for good customer service, but 4/4 pump failures?? What's up with that.

Even with great customer service, you've gotta have reliable products.

Agreed. I did mention my frustration with failure frequency in my message to them.

I must have gotten REALLY lucky. I have 2 18" Orbit marine lights, 2 wave pumps and an eflux return pump, all on their Bluetooth controller. Thankfully not one failure, and all my softies and LPS are growing like crazy! I will agree that their customer service is awesome!

I use some of their "Truelumen" light bars, and while their customer service is good, their products are sub par. Most of the light bars I have purchased from them have failed.

I have had the same experience with Current USA and those wave pumps. Great customer service...pump life not acceptable. Went a different direction for wave pumps.

Now, their e-flux return pumps seem to be very solid. I'm using an e-flux 1900 gph for my return and so far so good!
