in my bro’s tank, he has about 10 or 11 acans, his biggest most fluffiest acan, overnight stRted to die pretty fast, in one side you can some some of the skeleton. But all the rest are doing great. He has 2 peppermint shrimp in the tank (i don’t see them being the problem but I’m not 100% sure). Does anyone have any ideas !?

Is anything close enough to sting it maybe picture of it and what's around it would help some

If the peppermint shrimp are hungry they will rip into the acans stomachs and eat their meals in my experience with them. I no longer keep peppermint shrimp

Yeah, I've had peppermints go rogue on fleshy LPS.
