Acan pest identity?

I got 6 acans from a local reefer a week ago I used coral rx and moved them today and noticed these red/orange spots and ideas?

Looks like some kind of eggs
Dip wont remove or kill eggs

Did any critters come off when you used coral rx?

Nothing out of the ordinary a bristle worm was about it
