Acan Releasing Slime

Three of my acan colonies was releasing slimes. Any idea? I wasnt there to witness the whole thing, busy at the range.

Thanks for those quick respond. I was about to do a water change. Haven't done one since 4 months ago. Let's see what happen tomorrow.
