ReefRoid once a week.
Ok get some mysis shrimp frozen cubes and once a week feed them a few shrimp each using a coral feeding tube. It’s a smaller thinner turkey baster. Amazon has them. It will fatten them up and it’s amazing watching them eat it.

What sort of shrimp do these things eat?

Defrost 1 cube in a little tank water in a plastic cup. Suck a few shrimp and gently squeeze a few shrimp out into each head. Save the rest in refrigerator for next feeding. I feed my lords 2 to 3 times a week

Good to know I will feed more.
Par is 50-150 is this area and flow is low so I guess I didn't feed enough since I bought it.

Did a mag test it it went from a stable 1400 to a 1290 ppm.. I know Acan's love mag and from what I understand mag causes them to be puffy...

Not necessary. Stable parameters keep coral happy and healthy. Don’t chase numbers. As long as your within safe parameter zones corals will be happy. If anything needs to be raised do it slowly.

Calcium dropped about 30ppm also.. from 380-390 down to 350.

I did a 10% waterchange.

My Acans are in low light/flow, they're growing nicely with new heads. Every time I feed my corals mysis, my fishes picks on it even when I feed them first. Drives me nuts lol.

What is your opinion on mine, does it look okay?
I’d probably move it lower. I have two acans one on the sandbed and another about 3 inches above the sandbed on a rock both are in low light low flow in about 50 par. I find that when they were in higher light they start shrinking and loses their colors turning mostly red/orange. My calcium is at 460, alk 8.8 and mag 1450. Here’s mine on the sandbed. It was unhappy when I had it higher on the rock until I moved it down, there’s couple new baby heads underneath it now.
