Accidental gluing of Clove tube ? Any ideas?

I got this from a local seller and I’m pretty sure the tubes became glued to the plug.
Anything I can or should do about it? Can repair it or just let it grow out like that?

I would let it grow out a bit. Give it more time before messing with it
