Accidental hydrogen peroxide dosing

peroxide dissipates rather quickly and any closing up would be temporary. Its mainly water and a question was raised about dosage/ / / / its 1ml per 10 gallons
I was curious so I did the math. 1 mL of 3% peroxide gives about 0.00008% peroxide when diluted in 10 gallons (37,854 mL). That's a really low amount of peroxide!

And adapting that to your 150 mL of 3% peroxide essentially diluted in 75G (or 283,906 mL), you'd have 0.0016% in your tank (a little higher than the 0.001% I cited earlier...I added another significant figure. Yeah, that's 20 times the standard amount vetteguy referenced. However, all that assumes no degradation so it's very doubtful your concentration is that high...but it's still going to be higher than the recommended dose.
All that being said (and aside from the problem you're having), I find it hard to believe that the recommended dose in a very aerated and heavily illuminated reef tank could have any meaningful effect. But, I guess it must since so many reefers swear by peroxide's effects at that concentration.

Update: I put 2 cups of fresh carbon in the sump and did a 20% water change that night. Also an additional 10% since then. Only lost a fully grown Mexican turbo snail. The corals are looking better now (4 days later) and the remainng snail's shells are whiter. Thanks all for the help.

It breaks down in a couple hours. So by the time you get a water change going it will be gone . Your corals will open back up as long as you don't hit them with straight up peroxide. Zoas will take a min.
