Accidentally pour vinegar into a tank

I did a 25% water change and ran skimmer. The tank cleared up some. Wonder if I leave the lights off helps since there’s no coral or fish in.

Lights shouldn't matter much. Bacteria are nonphotosynthetic. Just keep the skimmer running wet and and maybe give a little extra alk dose
