Copper power at 1.75ppm is much easier on Wrasse IMO. Using a Hanna checker to monitor the level. These guys will only get max .3,

I have treated well over 100+ with copper power, never seen any ich/velvet make it through.Interesting.........
So 1.75 of copper power will make sure that if any inch is present, it will kill it.
AND not kill my wrasse?

For Wrasse I would avoid CP completely. Most of them won't tolerate it.Copper power is definitely better than Cupramine. I do not know if I'd go changing what you are doing, but a friend of mine switched from Cupramine to Copper Power and has not regretted it one bit. His copper levels remain the same and he doesn't have to add copper nearly as much (mainly during water changes). Copper Power is a chelated copper that doesn't precipitate like cupramine. @Humblefish has some info on here about the differences between the 2 as well as Chloroquine Phosphate (CP). CP from my understanding is better than both the other copper treatments, but to get a good batch, it's not really easy to do.
