1. Is the acitinic lighting gonna be alright for the tank in the long run and short term(acclimation mode)? I had cheap koval lights and everything was happy and growing but I couldn't have control and the lights were either full spectrum or really weak, like less than moonlight blue.
Now since the ap700 went up, everything in my tank is ticked except for the gorgonian, star polyps and half of the Bob Marley zooas, everything else is closed up tighter than fort Knox.
I experimented ( yeah new and shiny), and really ticked them off with a golden red mix, reminiscent of sunset, looked cool as hell, but EVERYTHING HATED IT. immediately closed and some have refused to reopen.
The Kenya trees hate it. The other small zoas hate it.
Currently set on acclimation mode. For the next 13 days. Its early, but yeah.

2. For those who have these high end lights, do you advise keeping the naturally programmed kessil specs or can I change the light or more pleasing spectrums that are not so dang blue?
I like the yellow with the red mixed in for the evening and a pinkish glow the am as ramp up, with a WHITER blue for the midday cycle ramping gradually; turning more blue after 7pm and the blue lunar cycle overnight. But as far as my tank has shown it hates it. Despises it.

More info would be helpful, as you made a big jump in lights.

How high is the light from the tank?
How deep is the tank?
Can you share your light settings?

I own 4 of these bad boys and they are stout.

Also, do you have access to a par meter?
Par meter would be very helpful if you had one, as you could rough guess things from old to new a little better. Especially if you still have your old lights.

The light is ~17" off top of tank. Standard 75 g, so 18.5" deep... no par meter, would have to buy one... I'm wondering if I should pull and toss the anemone my 10g tank is still cycling and it taking for ever. Just got diatoms a month later... all of my zooas(?) hate the light. The sps frag dont mind open every day and glowing like stars.
