Acro crab??

are these good or bad vert? I found it in my 40b sps tank

Generally they are safe, there are a couple species from what I've heard that actually eat the sps but just keep an eye on that. I just got an acro last week and found a crab in mine too so far no harm done to the coral.

it hard for me to tell which one is killing n which one is protecting I have two of em this is the second one I found in the same acro where I found the first one

I don't like acro crabs...I don't see how the acros benefits. I think they do better without the crabs

I see acro crabs causing irritation to the acro. I dont know how much they actually benefit the acro, unless they are eating bugs/parasites.....

red eyes = bad

smooth skin with a bandit black stripe accross the eyes = good
