Is my Hollywood done?

So I made a large mistake when placing my Hollywood stunner drag. I put him at the vert top of my tank, assuming it would grow into a cool shelf. As you could imagine it began to bleach. I have it in shade right now. I smelled it to check if it smelled like it was dying. Anyone know if this guy will recover?

As long as there's living flesh in tissue, you might be able to save it, but there is no guarantee place it in a low light area with indirect low flow and leave it alone, do not touch it, do not move it, do not check on it, ignore it.And see if it colors back up and starts to grow.

Hollywood Stunner is pretty hard to kill. If it doesn't smell like rotting flesh, move it closer to the sand bed (maybe in a little shade for a few days) to help it recover.

If it smells like death it is toast.

It appears as if it still has some color. As mentioned, place it at the bottom of the tank, less light, low flow.
Most chalice prefer 150-250 PAR. However, if acclimated SLOWLY, can handle higher PAR.
