Hey everyone, Happy New Year! So as the title says, I have an acro question. My PC rainbow acro had a dead area when I received it, and I opted to just let it grow back rather than cutting it. So it grew back very nicely. However, it now has what looks like a second base starting. I marked it in the photo, should I again just let it be? Should I cut it? I have just never seen one do this. But I only have 2 acros, so….thanks in advance for any and all help.

I’d leave it alone this is what they do. Encrust and grow up and out. Your choice to frag and grow out another piece. Beautiful btw!
Thank you! Yeah I was really hoping to just leave it be. This thing has grown like crazy! This is a picture of from last March when I first got it.
