Acro stung by hammer

I had a couple acros stung by a hammer floating tentacle blew it of the acros but it looks a Lil irritated and white not alot and no more then a hour with tentacles on it before I noticed should I be worried about the acros or jst keep water stable

You should separate them to ensure it doesn't continue.
