It seems a few feather dusters are in one of my new Acro frags. A few places where a polyp should be I can see feather dusters feeding. I think it’s bothering the coral. If I take it out and dip in corarx will that kill the feather duster? How can I get rid of them? My only thought besides dip is to take it out and put a drip of glue to seal them in. Just might be tough to remember when it’s out exactly which holes to plug.

From what you describe and without a picture, I’m guessing you have tube worms which emits their fans to capture food
Starve them and they be gone by directing water flow towards them, not at them. They won’t get anything to eat

Thanks. They might be it. I’ve tried so many times to grab a picture but they’re so fine, thin and white it’s never visible. I’ll try that.
