Acropora RTN this morning

One of my Acropora happens to be RtN this morning for no reason. As I later discovered that few little thing was moving here and there not in the surface of the acro but on the frag plug . Pleas anyone tell me if they are safe or should I do something immediately? Note : I have already throw that mini colony of Acropora away since it’s already rtn

No flatworm . I didn’t dip it. But someone say it’s some kind of pod
