Acropower expired

I got a bottle of Acropower for free, the catch is it has expired (4/2016). The person who gave it to me said it's still good, I just have to shake really well to mix everything good. He has a few more expired bottles and he said he still use them. Anyone who uses this, please give me your thoughts. I think I know what everyone is going to say but I thought I would ask.
