I just finished buffing out a used tank I bought and cannot seem to get the haze off. It's almost like a residuw on the surface. Is there a product you folks use to clean your acrylic tanks that would resolve this for me.

What product did you use to buff it with?

I just count my acrylic tank as a loss.

No reason to do that. there is a product that will renew acrylic.

You'd have to PM me if interested in knowing more about taking scratches out of acrylic.

I'm sure that oceaninabox was referring to buffing out scratches.

I've used credit cards for cleaning algae and Coraline off acrylic for more than 20 years. Works great.
