Hey guys, all going well I should be setting the tank up on Friday.
I’m doing 50/50 split of macro rock and live rock. I’m getting the first full fill of tank water from my lfs, my question is do I let the water get up to temp before adding the live rock or will it be ok to add in at a cool temperature?

No idea but keep the lights off until cycled " my opinion "

Something tells me that what you call live rock is a dry rock which has been sitting in LFS sump or other container for some time, so it is colonized by bacteria but not so many other creatures. If you buy TBS or Aussie Live Rock, they supply you with guide how to introduce it to the tank. I think if it's "dry" rock ( which has been immersed in water) from LFS that it's ok not to go overboard with temp adjustment.

Yes sorry, it’s rock that’s been sat in the systems in my lfs
