I purchased 2 tanks from AdvancedAcrylics.com in the last year. One of my tanks is starting bow in the center(installed on a completely level surface). I have been trying to reach them by email and by phone for the last 2 weeks and no response are all. Great customer service after the sale. It's a little disturbing that there is just no response at all. Anyone else had any issues with their tanks or their customer service ?
