AEFW treatments an preventive measures

Like many I have encountered AEFW and thought I got rid of them. I spent the last hour browsing the topic to see if there are any new treatments, measures, ect to help with this problem.

I have a 210G display looped to a sump and 40g breeder frag tank. My plan is to get another 40g breeder to use as the tank to put the sticks in while using flatworm exit. As others have said do this every week for 6 weeks. Scraping off eggs if I can find them.

Anything else that has worked for you? Please share.

flatworm exit doesnt works with aefw. I found bayer to be the easiest on my corals for a dip. Are you going to house the corals in the 40g breeder? Your best bet would be to keep them in the 40 gallon and dip each coral once a week for 5 to 6 weeks. If the dt is left bare without any corals for the worms to feed off of they should die off and all the eggs should hatch and new worms die off with the 5 to 6 weeks of treatment. what method did you use that didnt work the first time?
